Businesses usually come to us from one of three places. The first step looks different for each.
“We know we should be doing something with AI. We just don’t know where to turn.”
Too many tools, too many choices, and no clear place to start.
“AI isn’t really for a business like ours.”
If your team retypes the same information, chases the same approvals, or answers the same emails every week, that’s exactly where AI earns its keep.
“We added AI because it felt like we had to. It didn’t stick.”
It got forced in before anyone asked what it was for. No real plan, squeezed between other work, and only one person ever used it. Nothing broke. It just never paid off.
Not sure which one you are? That’s what a consultation is for.
Every engagement starts with the work your team repeats every week. AI only comes into it once we know where it would actually help.
Goal: 5 hours a week back
We go looking for the time your team loses to slow, repetitive processes. One 45 to 60 minute recorded interview with you and whoever runs day-to-day operations: what the work is, who does it, and how long it takes. Within 48 hours you get 3 to 7 opportunities scored on impact vs. effort, each marked AI or no AI, then a 30-minute review.
Take the processes the assessment flagged and redesign them around where AI helps. Map how the work runs today, cut the steps that shouldn’t exist, and hand back a current map, a better map with the AI steps marked, and a blueprint for what to build.
Two routes, depending on the blueprint. Sometimes an existing AI tool does the job once it’s set up around your process. Sometimes the right answer is a custom tool, and AI now makes building it faster and cheaper than it used to be. One process at a time, and your team is trained on it before we call it done.
Two working sessions a month, plus help in between. Each session ships one improvement that works, and a shared log shows everything built so far. The goal is that by day 90 you need us less.
Five steps, and you choose what gets built.
A consultation to see whether the assessment is right for you. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
One recorded interview about how your business runs, then a written report: 3 to 7 recommendations, each with an hours-per-week estimate.
A review call to walk through the report and pick one next step. Or none.
We build it and train your team on it, so the whole team uses it on a normal Tuesday.
After launch, we measure the result against the numbers from your assessment, with check-ins at day 30 and day 90.

We talk through your current workflows, what’s already been tried, and whether the Process Assessment is the right next step. No pitch deck, just clarity.
A 45 to 60 minute recorded interview with you and whoever runs day-to-day operations, then a written report within 48 hours and a 30-minute review. It’s $1,000, credited toward the next step, and if we can’t find at least 5 hours a week of opportunity, you get a full refund.
Absolutely, and you’ll leave the assessment with a plan you can run yourself. Most owners just don’t have the hours. That’s the choice at the end: do it yourself, or do it with us.
We record only with permission and strip out sensitive details before anything reaches an AI tool. Your information is never used for another client. We start with read-only access, a person approves anything important, and we use business accounts, not free ones.
It’s the most common worry, so we plan for it. We start with the one or two people who already like trying new things, on the work they hate doing. When they get an hour back, the rest of the team notices.
Often not. The answer is usually a tool you already pay for, used better. If a small custom piece unlocks the workflow, we’ll say so and keep it simple enough to maintain.
Small is where this works fastest: one owner, a few processes, quick decisions. Our sweet spot is businesses of about 5 to 50 people.
That’s fine. You keep the report and the quick-start plan. Some clients pause; others move into a process redesign, a build, or a monthly advisor retainer.
